At Feng Shui Melbourne, we strive to provide high-quality services, products, and experiences. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking a consultation, enrolling in a workshop, or purchasing any product.

 

1. Consultations (In-Person or Online)

 

•  Cancellations: If you need to cancel your consultation, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to issue a full refund or reschedule the session.

•  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

•  No-shows are non-refundable.

•  If we are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered either a full refund or a new appointment time.

 

2. Workshops & Events

 

•  Workshop bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Feng Shui Melbourne.

•  If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit or transfer to a future workshop (subject to availability and 48 hours’ notice).

•  No refunds will be issued for non-attendance without prior notice.

 

3. Products (Physical Items)

 

•  Refunds or exchanges are only provided for items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

•  Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item, along with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

•  Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

•  Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or was faulty.

•  Once approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days.

 

4. Digital Products (E-books, Downloads, etc.)

 

•  Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
